  • How far in advance should I place a custom order?

    Please allow at least 48 hours for custom cookies and 72 hours for cakes. Detailed orders often book out 4–6 weeks in advance.

  • Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?

    Yes, as of February 2026, we offer cookies that are:

    • Gluten-free
    • Dairy-free
    • Egg-free
    • Tree nut-free
    • Peanut-free
    • Soy-free

    We can decorate them just like our classic sugar cookies!


    Same cute designs, same festive fun, with even more options for everyone!

  • What’s your refund policy for cancellations?

    Cancel more than 48 hours before pickup for a full refund. Within 24 hours = 50% store credit. Same-day = no refund.  


    You must speak with our staff. 


    An email, voicemail, or a message with no reply does not equal a cancel.

  • Can I order online?

    Yes! Use our Order Online link to order standard bakery items for quick pickup. For custom orders, please fill out the quote form on our Contact Us page.

  • Do you make highly detailed custom cookies?

    Yes. We offer intricate theme-decorated sets. These require longer lead times and must meet minimum quantities.
